Sable Ridge Vineyards, the oldest established vineyard in Bennett Valley planted in 1968, was replanted in 1999 to six one-acre blocks with rows running north to south. Four clones were selected with the intention of creating intense, cool climate, full-bodied Syrah. This blend of Syrah clones creates complexity and layers of delicious flavors destined to be on the cutting edge of Syrah produced from Bennett Valley. |
