The state of the art vineyard was professionally designed and planted in 2000 and has been continuously managed and maintained by Katon Vineyards. The combination of warm days during the growing season with fog from the Petaluma Gap to chill the evenings and early mornings provides optimum conditions for the production of premium Chardonnay grapes. |
